[Equest-users] District Steam to Hot Water FCU through exchanger

Re-visiting the proper method to exchange between district steam and hot
water systems.

I have seen various approaches, from using less efficient boilers to
building a steam meter and heat exchanger tied to a secondary hot water
loop.

Any ideas on which approach may deliver a more accurate approximation?
