[Equest-users] PROPORTIONAL and REVERSE-ACTION

does anybody  can explain these two THERMOSTAT-TYPE(PROPORTIONAL  and  REVERSE-ACTION) for me, i have read the help file, but i can't understand well. if desired, can anyone provide  me a example ,showing  the distinguish between two type.
