Yes, you can specify angled walls in DDedit mode.   When you are in DDedit,
find the actual wall that you want to tilt, open the properties window and
you will find an input for the tilt angle.    Be mindful that you will have
to make sure that all other surfaces adjacent to this angled surface are
then adjusted for their geometry so that all the constructions line up as
they should.
