[Equest-users] Fan performance

Hello,

I'm using eQuest to look at differences in performance between airfoil and
forward curved supply fans.  I'm using a 63% total efficiency for the
forward curved fans, and a 75% total efficiency for the airfoil fans, but am
still getting greater energy consumption in the case with airfoil fans than
for the case wit forward curved fans.  I had thought that airfoil fans were
supposed to be more efficient at part load and full load than forward curved
fans.  Is this not the case?  What's the reason for this discrepancy?
