[Equest-users] Parametric Run based on

Any parametric runs defined are found within the corresponding project
directory in the following format: "projectname".prd

You can open that in notepad if you're curious.

If you want to copy parametric runs between separate projects, simply
copy and paste that file, and rename to the other project's name.

Expect problems if/when you have parametric run components that don't
sync however. For example if you're changing the design CFM of a system
named AHU-1 as a p-run and you copy that over to a project without a
system named AHU-1, I'm pretty sure you'll get errors on trying to open
the file. Look before you leap... or save a backup copy of your project
directories if you're unsure.

Subject: [Equest-users] Parametric Run based on

Hello All,

I have created a parametric run based on a separate building description
(separate .inp file). Now, if I create a parametric component within
that parametric run, will the changes apply to the separate building
description, or will they be applied back to the baseline building
description? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Eddie
