Nobody except you responded to my question and have to  resolve it; actually I 
am getting problems when I am trying to re-assign systems  and spaces to 
individual loops, the system kicks me out.  Any  suggestions?

Yes I am Russian.  Thank you John, on some point the  system kicks me out, but I 
have to resolve it anyway.  Then I have to  assign correct air system and

Svetlana (a beautiful Russian name ??):
 
I believe if you create the circulation loops first, then create your  chillers 
and boilers, you can assign the equipment to individual  loops.
 
Haven't tried this in awhile. I have been doing DOE-2 for 30  years.

Hello,
 
I am building a  campus with central chilled water plant and individual boilers 
(and hot water  loops) for each building.  I have a problems to create a new 
boiler on each  new loop, assigning boilers to specific air systems and thermal 
zones, the  program does not allow me to do this.  Any suggestions?
