You can edit the part load curve based on the two chiller operating temperatures F(ECW Temp, LCHW Temp).  Keyword EIR-FT.  Be careful with this as it will have drastic effects for what seems to be a minor change in coefficients.  I suggest outputting 8760 data with condenser water temp, chilled water temp, this curves output, and the overall chiller eff to make sure you are getting the correct numbers if you follow this approach
