Soham,
I'm not sure eQUEST is the appropriate software to model wind towers.
You might want to look into a CFD package. I haven't used Energyplus,
but apparently it has some basic capabilities with the Comis multi-zone
airflow model.

Hi All,
 
We are modeling a factory building. It has got two wind towers of 123 ft
height and 30 ft width. We need to add louver for these wind towers
almost at the top.Could you please tell us the way/procedure to model
louvers.Louver size is around 11 ft  X  8 ft.
