[Equest-users] Explanation of Roof and commaon wall

Dear all
 
When I add new shell just above the lower one, every time eQuest ask for roof U value. I think roof is only that is top of building. What is difference between roof, ceiling and floor in eQuest. 
 
Second problem is that when we insert two block adjacent to each other than comman wall between two block should be treat as internal wall, but it show external.
