<p class="MsoNormal">We are pleased to announce the launch of the <i>student Modelling Competition BS2027</i>, organized as part of the upcoming conference taking place in Vienna from 29 August to 1 September 2027.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The competition challenges students for innovative use of building simulation models for a fault detection and diagnosis application. The full competition brief and the related documents have already been uploaded on the
<a href="https://bs2027.org/modelling-competition/">conference’s website</a>. Here are the key dates for this competition:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Intent to submit deadline:</b> 15 March 2027 <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Final submission deadline:</b> 30 April 2027 <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Notification of winners:</b> 1 June 2027<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="color:black">Please note that participants are welcome to submit both their intent to submit and the final report ahead of the respective deadlines; however, the intent to submit must be received before
the final report. The intent can be submitted from 01.06.2026 and no later than 15.03.2027.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
