I let the wizard create the base building with flat roof. Then, in Detailed mode, set the height of the taller wall to the desired height. For the sloped roof, I set the roof to the same vertex as the short wall, raise it in the z direction to equal the short wall height, then set the tilt to the angle of the slope roof. Note that roof cannot use the floor polygon.
