teaching required courses in environmental principles, building systems design,
HVAC, as well as building science electives and architectural design studios
with emphases on building technology, daylighting, intelligent envelopes,
innovative envelope assemblies and integrated design.</span></p>

interest will be given to applicants who engage in computational methods as
part of their teaching, design and/or research methods. The successful
candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in SoA’s
Integrated Design Research (IDR) Lab and state-of-the-art CNC fabrication
lab.  Applicants must demonstrate their ability to be an enthusiastic,
effective building technology and design studio teacher. Evidence of emerging
and peer-reviewed research, published design work and scholarship, design
awards, research grants and/or design practice is required. A professional
degree in Architecture is required (M.Arch. and/or B.Arch. + post-professional
graduate degree); professional licensure and/or PhD is preferred. </span></p>
