<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Some of you might be interested in our Community Energy Study for Boston (<a href="http://web.mit.edu/sustainabledesignlab/projects/BostonEnergyModel/index.html">http://web.mit.edu/sustainabledesignlab/projects/BostonEnergyModel/index.html</a>).
The Study describes the development of a Urban Building Energy Model (UBEM) that consists of 92,000 buildings and is based on the city’s official GIS dataset. The vision for this work was to produce a long term policy support tool that the city can regularly
update going forward, and that provides actionable information for local communities to evaluate energy related decisions.
