Hi all,<div><br></div><div>Thank you for commends. However, I still cannot get the things done because I do not understand some of yours words. </div><div><br></div><div>For Chris, where can I adjust the infiltration and ventilation air during winter months? And I suppose HVAC systems, fan and pump running hours are same for both winter and summer since the office hours in winter and summer are same in Hong Kong. </div><div><br></div><div>For Jeff, what do you mean by running the 4 months (Jan -Feb and Nov-Dec) in two runs? What are the runs specified for? Occupancy? <div><font size="3">Just a quick guess. Have you confirmed the outdoor air entering the building (infiltration plus ventilation air) during those winter months? Also confirm HVAC systems run hours. A balancing report is a good place to start. Logging fan
and pump hours helps especially if the BAC is already keeping those logs. <br>
