      We've done a fair bit of greenhouse modeling and earth duct
    modeling (although not combined) using TRNSYS. Bill is quite right
    that it is a complex problem. My hunch would be that you'd need
    quite long earth ducts under the building in order to get useful
    energy transfer between the air and the ground and that you'd lose a
    great deal of the energy along the way. I'd be more inclined to look
    at an insulated rock-bed thermal storage directly underneath the
    greenhouse slab. <br>
