When I work on an Estidama project I develop a baseline by identifying the climate to an ASHRAE climate zone based on the number of heating and cooling degree days. HVAC in <st1:city w:st="on">Abu Dhabi</st1:city>, although there is the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Abu Dhabi</st1:placename> <st1:placename w:st="on">International</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Building</st1:placetype></st1:place>
code, which I believe is not yet mandatory but does include minimum
