with federal law. There is currently no federal law regarding efficiencies of
HVAC in <st1:City w:st="on">Abu Dhabi</st1:City>, although there is the <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Abu Dhabi</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">International</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Building</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>
code, which I believe is not yet mandatory but does include minimum
