<html><body bgcolor="#FFFFFF"><div>I tend to agree on the whole with Jin. </div><div><br></div><div>The NCM should give you a good basis for comparison purposes but obviously if you are looking in more detail you may want to make your own custom profiles and schedules. </div><div><br></div><div>It comes from gathered data by the BRE over many years essentially or at least the commercial bits certainly do. </div><div><br></div><div>You may want to check out the SAP requirements which may also have some information that will be useful. </div><div><br></div><div>Most software now has a number of inbuilt domestic scehdules. PHPP must have some numbers in it for<br>this stuff, which would at least be european-based, if not<br>specifically UK.
