simulation capabilities. This successful candidate will work with green
building projects across our five studios (Education, Science, Arts &
Culture, Historic Preservation, and Housing & Mixed Use) and three offices
(Atlanta, Ann Arbor, and Chapel Hill). </span></span><span style='font-size:

<span class=label6>Minimum Requirements:</span><br>
<span class=label6>• • Bachelor’s
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a Master’s in Building Science, or
Architectural Engineering</span><br>
<span class=label6>• Experience with eQUEST required. Proficiency in
Trace, HAP, Energy Pro, Ecotect or IES is a plus.</span><br>
<span class=label6>• A strong knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1, 2004 and 2007,
and LEED EAc1 documentation experience required.</span><br>
<span class=label6>• Minimum three years experience with energy modeling
and building analysis desired</span><br>

findings. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with
architects and MEP consultants to assist design teams in creating high
performance buildings. They will report directly to the firm’s Director
of Sustainability and work closely with other sustainable design experts and
