However, I'm trying to move away from Btu/h to gallons/day or gallons/hr profiles that would allow me to account for differing boiler efficiencies as well as entering water temperatures by location.<div class="im"><br>

The ASHRAE 90.1 User's Manual lists typical hot water consumption for various building types (P. G-32). For offices it is 175 Btu/h per person. They also have representative hourly usage schedules.<br>
