might do a quick search if you need more in-depth background information. The 25%
is actually more of a guidance number and is what is typically expected for an
office building here in the US. There is nothing in LEED that states you can’t
be less than 25% - you just have to document why and submit it along with the EAc1
template. The 25% is also a <b><u>suggested</u></b> minimum number – not a
maximum. Long story short – you should model your building as it will be
operating – this includes the process loads. If you building has greater
than 25% process load then you don’t need to do anything else. If it is
less then you will need to submit additional documentation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

design a Heat load calculations for HVAC generally considered the exact load in
the Building and to comply for LEED Requirements of EAC1 – Optimized
Energy Performance we need to consider <b>25%</b> of Process Load cost which is

load will be different when we compare between Actual Heat Load and the Heat
Load as per LEED. I hope I’m correct.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
