In one of our buildings we are using a 100% OA system and in another
with almost 50% OA where we are not cooling the air with a
refrigeration based cooling system for most part of the year.
It uses Earth Air Tunnels Heat Exchanger and therefore we are able to
simply push through all the OA and release it in various zones via a
displacement ventilation system and finally exhaust it out above the
occupancy zone.
I feel that the OA for a baseline system must try and match same
ventilation rate and quality that the proposed system is meant to
provide!
90.1 Appendix G confirms that as Mr. Miller pointed out.
