All,

Like Tim, I am trying to follow Randy's instructions for converting TMY3 files
for use in eQuest, and getting hung up at step 3. I am attempting to use
EnergyPlus's converter - I downloaded and installed EnergyPlus today (version
4.0), which came with Version 1.4.11 of the Weather Converter.

It seems that the only output formats the EnergyPlus weather converter provides
are the EnergyPlus weather format (EPW), a CSV format of EPW data, both EPW and
CSV, and a statistics report on input data.

I don't see any way to create a binary (.bin) file.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Greg
