I'm working up a detailed breakdown for process loads in a LEED model,

to justify using less than 25% of total. I'm wondering what other

people have gotten down to. If you've submitted with lower than 25%,

how low did you get, and how detailed was your analysis supporting it?

I've got computers and other electronic equipment, task lighting, and

I'm working on the elevator. Anything I'm missing? The building is

~50,000 sf, mostly office, but also a workout area (I'm accounting for

treadmills but nothing else draws any power).<br>
