<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">When reviewing the BEPU output report, the "Percent of Hours outside the throttling range" is noted. I have a couple of questions regarding what this means and how to trouble shoot it:</FONT></P>

<LI><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">What would typically be the Max hours outside the throttling range that would be considered acceptable? (e.g. <10%?)</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">If this value is greater than 10%, where is the next place to look to find the source of the issue? Is this normally due to undersizing/oversizing a system or zone?</FONT></LI>
