the proximity of spaces does not matter. You could model the flats having multiple
floors as one large flat on one floor. You need to be sure that the surface
areas where there is heat conduction are preserved. This could make the 3D

to modell a residential building with a number of flats in each floor, however,
in the middle of the building, there are duplex flats, meaning that a flat
stretches on two floors. So for example on the 3rd floor we would have 5 flats
+ half of a duplex flat, and on the 4th floor we would have again 5 flats + the
