<P> Required measures are being planned for implementation. </P>
<P> New operable double-sash thermally-insulated windows throughout within last 6 months. </P>
<P> New #4 oil-fueled boiler c. 1993 fully insulated. </P>

<P>- Methodology: calculate and/or modeling waste heat from three computer labs with two servers, extensive offices with p.c.s, faxes and floor model heavy- duty photocopiers on two additional floors, full hot-meal (lunch) cooking kitchen with several double-sided freezers, refrigerators and icemakers. </P>

<P> prepared electrical appliance database of manufacturer's MSDS wattages.</P>

<P>- Goal: Channel all waste heat into recovery heat <STRONG>to work with</STRONG> the 8 air handlers by: </P>
<P> 1. changing AHU cav to vav </P>
<P> 2. adding electronic controls to monitor heat recovery and 8 AHU. </P>
<P> 3. monitor end-goal performance of AHUs. </P>
<P> 4. realize immediate utility bill cost savings. </P>
