The weather data source for this Qingdao weather file is a Chinese Typical Year Weather (CTYW) . However, when I checked with some other sources, it seems that the prevailing wind directions in winter were very different so I was wondering if there’re any reliable sources that I can use to cross-check that the wind directions are accurate because we would like to target strategies to block the wind in winter time. <br>
