<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">A qualified professional is required to provide energy analysis for LEED rated commercial buildings. Work would primarily focus on energy modeling in EQuest/DOE2 to support the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) process for high profile projects in the Middle East and Asia. The position will be based in our New York office.</FONT></P>
<P><B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Position Requirements</FONT></B>
<UL>
<UL>
<LI><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">2 years experience carrying out energy simulations for LEED rated commercial buildings</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Familiarity with the LEED process</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Understanding of building performance and building science, including HVAC systems </FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Knowledge of energy efficiency principles and ASHRAE 90.1-2004 </FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Aptitude for writing technical reports following a standard format and presenting technical concepts to project team members </FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Ability to organize and run several projects at once </FONT></LI>

<P><B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Candidate Requirements</FONT></B>
<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Experience or familiarity with modeling software tools is essential. Detailed training in LEED requirements for analysis will be provided. Candidates must have an interest in low energy, high performance commercial buildings and a willingness to learn. Compensation is commensurate with experience.</FONT></P>
