<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:12.0pt'>There can be a large difference
but depends on your particular building.  For example, buildings with lots
of glass on the east and west.  The cooling loads in these individual
spaces may be quite large, but the east has a high cooling load in the morning
while the west has a high cooling load in the afternoon/evening.  My understanding
for LEED is that the design case systems are sized as in the design
documents.  This provides punishment for system inefficiency due to
oversizing.<br>
