the building shading is constant. On the other hand, if part of the lot you are
building on is un-shaded by adjacent buildings and you have a choice between
placing the building in the shadow of the adjacent buildings or placing it
outside the shadow, then I would say you could take the credit.</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>
