work on exciting and world renowned projects including the Air Force Memorial,
the Bejing 2008 Olympic Stadium, the Denver Art Museum and many more!</SPAN></P>
<UL>
<LI><SPAN class=889303821-20032008>The successful canddiate will</SPAN>
design mechanical systems including: heating, cooling, heat rejection,
air distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and
controls.
<LI>Prepare drawings detailing the system designed and perform system design
calculations.
<LI>Select equipment for use in building systems and write reports.
<LI>Coordinate their work with engineers of other disciplines.
<LI>Attend meetings and communicate with clients to establish their needs and
discuss design issues with them.
<LI>Incorporate sustainable design methods in buildings. analysis, etc.<SPAN
class=PrintSmall> </LI></UL>
<DIV>
<LI>Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with
a sound knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
<LI><SPAN class=889303821-20032008>5+ </SPAN>years of relevant experience in
buildings including hospitals, libraries, museums, high rise etc.
<LI>Good communication skills are esstential for team based working.
<LI>Proven interest in the field of building design.
<LI>Have project management and supervisor experience.
<LI>PE licensed.
<LI>Business development capabilities </SPAN></LI></SPAN></DIV></FONT>
