problem according to the performance rating method (appendix G) of the 90.1-2004
Ashrae standard. Hopefully someone can help me.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

built the proposed design of a building that buys external cooling
power (and the thing is that it has to be bought external because of the
owners guidelines).</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=708110410-07112007>Now by building the
baseline model there is the question how to include this fact. If as written in
the appendix G all cooling power would be delivered</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=708110410-07112007>by a screw chiller
then this would be much cheaper because the external bought cooling power is
more expensive than electricity.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=708110410-07112007>In this case the
baseline model would be more effective than the proposed model what for sure is
not aimed. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=708110410-07112007>Is there a
possibility to avoid this fact and to seperate external bought cooling power?
