metal studs <SPAN class=838460400-10072007>with furring </SPAN>installed
24" o/c with batt insulation<SPAN class=838460400-10072007>, and</SPAN> gyp
board for the finished side<SPAN class=838460400-10072007>.</SPAN> The overall
U<SPAN class=838460400-10072007>-</SPAN>value is certainly a lot better than the
bare concrete, but it would be improved if the metal studs weren't in
direct contact with the concrete. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>
