<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Does this mean that if my building is using purchased steam, I can take no credit for the efficiency provided by a central plant? As far as I remember, for purchased chilled water, the procedure for the base building is to model a system from table G3.1.1A & B and use the chilled water rate for the proposed building. Is this not the same for purchased heat?</FONT></P>
