<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I am modeling a university building which gets its chilled water from the campus central plant at very high cost. As per Appendix G, the Baseline Building is modeled with a packaged DX unit and the electricity cost for this is substantially lower than the cost of chilled water - making the comparison way off-balance. If anybody has come across a better way of dealing with the energy cost comparison in such a situation, I will appreciate the feedback.</FONT></DIV>
