solution would be to include the heat loads from machinery in the
simulation but not the energy required to operate the process
load. This can be accomplished by putting the process loads
on a separate "meter" in the simulation. The energy required to
operate the process load is ignored by the other building meters for cooling and
lighting, but the heat addition for the process loads are accounted
