Assuming you are using DOE2 this approach may work. You will have
to test but define a packaged single zone system with the same flow rate
and supply kW as your exhaust kW. Do not define any exhaust in the
zone. Set the cooling capacity to a very low number.
Schedule the fans off but night cycle on any. Set the heating set
point very low and impose a process load in the zone to mimic the heat
gain from the electrical equipment. Set the cooling set point
appropriately and this will cycle on the fan when the temperature gets
too hot. The best way to impose a process load without it showing
up in BEPS is to add in the appropriate number of occupants and set the
latent gain small and sensible high. <br><br>
This may give you what you want.<br>
