past, I've calculated what the equivalent full load hours are for these
types of loads. Then I can calculate the annual kWh, and average it out over the
entire year to provide an adjusted connected kW load factor tied to an always on

Specifically I have heat recovery pumps that need to turn on only
when the ERV is operational, and turn off when it ERV is on standby, or

lighting, for example? If so, you would model this as a direct load to
the electrical meter. This is set up by creating a schedule, double
clicking on the electric meter, entering the energy use, and then applying the
