In Oregon if we add federal, state incentives, buy-back of RECs and soft loans and with accelerated depreciation on the installed system ( talk to your tax consultant!), the payback is as low as 6.9 years with a 8.6$/watt installed cost.<BR><BR>Go Solar !</P>
