<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">My question is regarding the way in which eQuest uses weather data. I've noticed that the bin files are taken from the doe2 site, and for many smaller locations they use a near by site's bin calcs. However, when comparing those two locations (in my case Lewiston & Grangeville, Idaho), they come up with different heating loads. Is there a local adjustment factors built into the way eQuest uses local weather data? Thanks for the help.</FONT></P>
