mistake! You are correct that the epw-->csv conversion will
only give DB, <BR>RH, and Dew Point. The alternate route is to
run an annual simulation with<BR>EnergyPlus using the weather file of
interest, select "Outdoor Wet Bulb" as an<BR>hourly REPORT VARIABLE, and
then use the csv output file to generate <BR>statistics. One
could even generate the averages with EnergyPlus by applying<BR>schedules to
the report variable and reporting the scheduled value as
