only get a 5-10% improvement due to the shortwave inter-reflections between
blind and lowE coating. Also the majority of the solar load becomes an
instantaneous space heat gain as apposed to maybe absorbing into a tiled floor
... so peak cooling loads could actually end up being higher if the above two
