already is dehumidifying enough to bring the space down to 50% RH under normal
operation then you would not expect to see any additional energy requirement.
Depending on your OA fraction in Atlanta you may not need any additional
dehumidification than what you get with your base DX system. Have you checked
the RH reports from your base model to determine if the base design is floating
up over 50% RH?</SPAN></FONT></FONT></FONT></SPAN></DIV>

packaged single zone system (for a project in Atlanta), and for some reason, it
doesn’t seem to be adding energy for reducing max humidity from 100% to 50%. The
result is that there is a cooling penalty for using a liquid desiccant
dehumidifier. My question is:</FONT></P>

system type? If so - how do I do it?</FONT> <BR><FONT face=Arial size=2>B) If
not - what system type should I use, and how do I get it to dehumidify?</FONT>
