<P>The Oregon Department of Energy used to have some useful methodology guides
for "Whole Building Approach-1995" and "Simplified Tradeoff Approach-2001" code
compliance modeling. These guides had a wide variety of typical occupancy,
lighting, equipment,... etc. schedules. They are general but possibly a good
starting point.</P>
