IBPSA-USA </FONT></FONT></SPAN>to improve the design and operation of
buildings through advances in the modeling and simulation of building
performance.<SPAN class=588133221-11062004> One feature of this
conference is a full day of program devoted to practical application of <FONT
color=#ff0000>simulation for sustainable building design</FONT>, including
USGBC LEED certification.</SPAN></FONT></H2><STRONG><FONT size=2>The
</FONT><FONT color=#ff0000 size=2>SimBuild 2004</FONT></STRONG><FONT
size=2><STRONG> conference seeks to bring together the full building performance
community: researchers and practitioners, software developers and users,
professionals and students, public and private sectors, designers and operators,
engineers and architects. Participants are also expected to span the diverse
disciplines of building performance, including energy systems, acoustics,
lighting and daylighting, air movement, indoor envionmental quality, controls
and operations, and performance under extreme event conditions.<BR><BR>The
