For the virtual/dummy zone, just leave the zone heating and cooling setpoint
schedules OUT of the zone command and make sure they aren't in any referenced
SET-DEFAULTs, ZONE-CONTROL commands.<br>

Without care DOE2 will violate that little thing about conservation of mass.
As I understand it, DOE2 passes the temperature/humidity, from the first
zone in the MUA system list, to the OA conditions of the calling system.
However the program itself DOES NOT coordinate airflows.<br>
