IBPSA-USA has announced its first national conference, scheduled to be
held<br>
August 4-6, 2004 in Boulder, Colorado (see

</font> more details). In Anaheim, we will work on the technical program and finances.<br>

</b></font><x-tab> </x-tab><x-tab> </x-tab> Erik Olsen, who worked with Mike Iversen to prepare the material, will offer<br>
his perspective on how to best use the slides for different types of audiences.<br><br>

Title: "An Overview of Simulation"<br>
Abstract: IBPSA-USA contracted with OWP/P Consulting Engineers and Michael<br>
Roy Iversen Architect to produce two sets of presentation slides<br>
about the benefits of simulation, one for audiences of architects<br>
and one for engineers. The presentation material is intended to<br>
be used by IBPSA-USA members at meetings of local AIA or ASHRAE<br>
chapters. Mr. Olsen, OWP/P's lead engineer on this project, will<br>
prepare IBPSA-USA members to make these presentations by providing<br>
an example of their use. <br><br>
