<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Can anyone recommend software that allows fairly rapid analysis of energy trade-offs between central plant equipment and configurations, when the buildings to be served and loads are still speculative? This is for a campus that will be built in phases over many years, and most buildings are only loosely defined. DOE-2 will be more difficult and detailed than warranted. </FONT></P>
