My name is Youssef Benmoussa, and I am a PhD researcher at ENTPE (France) working within the Horizon Europe RE-SKIN<https://reskinproject.eu/> project, which focuses on innovative strategies for building retrofitting.

We are currently conducting a study on the barriers to building retrofits across Europe and are seeking expert input to ensure the analysis reflects real-world conditions.
